Complaints

As a customer, you have the right to file a complaint regarding:

  • warranty, if the product is covered by it
  • warranty if the purchase was made by December 31, 2022.
  • non-conformity of the product with the contract if the purchase was made after January 1, 2023.

How to file a warranty claim?

Warranty claims should be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the purchased product. Their details can be found in the warranty card.

Your right to submit a warranty claim is described in detail in §9 of the Store Regulations.

If you wish to make a complaint about a product purchased by December 31, 2022, please use the procedure below:

How to file a warranty claim?

Pursuant to Article 556 of the Civil Code, the Seller is liable to the Buyer if the item sold is defective (warranty).

If you are a consumer or a business owner with consumer rights, you have 2 years from the date of purchase to file a warranty complaint. You can submit your complaint in any form, but it's best to do so in writing.

To facilitate the complaint procedure, the Seller provides:

If you are returning a Product to the Seller as part of your complaint, please ensure it is adequately protected from damage during transport. Please include a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase in the package. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

How to file a complaint regarding non-conformity of the product with the contract?

In the event of non-compliance of the product with the concluded contract, you as a customer have the right to file a complaint based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

The form of submitting a complaint is optional, but it is advisable to do so in writing.
