Complaints
As a customer, you have the opportunity to submit a complaint regarding:
- warranty, if the product is covered by it
- warranty if the purchase was made by December 31, 2022.
- non-compliance of the product with the contract if the purchase was made after January 1, 2023.
How to file a warranty claim?
Complaints under the warranty should be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the purchased product. You will find its details in the warranty card.
Your right to submit a warranty complaint is described in detail in §9 of the Store Regulations.
If you want to submit a complaint about a product purchased before December 31, 2022, please use the procedure below:
How to file a warranty claim?
Pursuant to Art. 556 of the Civil Code The seller is liable to the buyer if the sold item has a defect. (warranty).
If you are a Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have 2 years from the date of purchase to submit a warranty complaint. You can submit a complaint in any form, but it is worth doing it in writing.
To streamline the complaint procedure, the Seller provides:

If you return the Product to the Seller as part of a complaint, properly protect it against damage during transport. Include a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase in the package. Please remember that we do not accept cash on delivery.

How to file a complaint regarding product non-compliance with the contract?
In the event of non-compliance of the product with the concluded contract, as a customer you have the right to submit a complaint based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
You can submit a complaint in any form, but it is worth doing it in writing.
