Complaints
As a customer you have the option to file a complaint regarding:
- warranty if the product is covered by it
- warranty if the purchase was made by December 31, 2022.
- non-conformity of the product with the contract if the purchase was made after 1 January 2023.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Warranty claims should be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the purchased product. Their details can be found in the warranty card.
Your right to make a warranty claim is described in detail in §9 of the Store Regulations.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product purchased by December 31, 2022, please use the procedure below:
How do I file a warranty claim?
In accordance with Article 556 of the Civil Code, the Seller is liable to the buyer if the item sold has a defect (warranty).
If you are a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have 2 years from the purchase to file a complaint under the warranty. The form of filing a complaint is optional, but it is worth doing it in writing.
In order to facilitate the complaint procedure, the Seller provides:

If you are returning the Product to the Seller as part of your complaint, protect it properly against damage during transport. Put a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase in the package. Remember that we do not accept cash on delivery.

How to file a complaint regarding product non-conformity with the contract?
In the event of non-conformity of the product with the concluded contract, you as a customer have the right to file a complaint based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
The form of submitting a complaint is optional, but it is best to do it in writing.
In order to facilitate the complaint procedure, the Seller provides:
