FAQ – most popular questions
Is a 70×80 alpaca pillow too tall?
No. The padding conforms to the shape of your head, providing support without excessive lift.

Yes, the lack of lanolin and rapid moisture wicking minimize the risk of allergic reactions.
Can the cover be removed?
No, it is a closed‑case design for better filling retention.
PREMIUM duvets and pillows
We use only the finest alpaca fiber to fill our duvets. Unfortunately, some people also use the lowest quality, which, despite being alpaca-derived, is unsuitable for this purpose, primarily due to its length. Filling duvets with this fiber will be unstable and may spread during use, creating voids within the duvet, thus depriving it of its valuable properties and the user of adequate sleeping comfort. The higher the quality of alpaca wool, the higher its price. The price difference between these grades is enormous, ranging from 1st to 3rd, for example, by about 600-700%! For this reason, you'll find low-priced alpaca duvets on the market that in no way reflect the properties of this fiber, making their purchase pointless. More information on what influences the price of alpaca duvets can be found on our blog here.
