We offer premium duvets and pillows filled with 100% top-quality alpaca fleece. As enthusiasts and breeders of these unique, charming animals, we care for them with the utmost care, providing them with the right living conditions and attention. This results in a fiber that is exceptionally delicate and soft, yet also highly durable and resistant to damage. We use only the highest quality alpaca wool to produce our products – avoiding lower-quality raw materials, which, although also derived from alpaca, due to their structure and length are not suitable for durable and comfortable filling. Unfortunately, duvets with inferior fiber are appearing on the market, which easily delaminates and creates voids, depriving the product of its key properties. The differences between fiber grades are enormous – both in quality and price: the cost of the highest grade can be as much as 600–700% higher than the lowest. Therefore, it's crucial to consider not only the raw material's name but also its grade when purchasing. Filling with selected, top-quality alpaca wool guarantees that the 200x200 cm duvet will last without losing its unique properties despite use.

Year-round or summer? Which option should you choose?

The alpaca wool duvet in size 200x200 cm is available in two variants
(all-season and summer ) so everyone can tailor it to their individual needs and bedroom conditions. The all-season version, weighing 500 g/m², provides optimal comfort year-round, warm enough in winter, yet breathable and lightweight in summer. For those who prefer an exceptionally light blanket in the warmer months, we've prepared a summer version weighing 250 g/m² – an airy duvet that wraps without feeling heavy. For even greater functionality and flexibility, we offer the ability to adjust the duvet's thickness using sewn-in drawstrings – special ribbons located on the corners and center of each side of the duvet. These drawstrings allow you to easily connect two duvets together, creating the exact thickness you need (connecting two summer models creates the equivalent of one all-season duvet).

It's also worth noting that the fill weight of our products may vary slightly due to the natural properties of the fiber – ±25 g/m² for the all-season version and ±10 g/m² for the summer version, depending on the specific model. These minimal variations result from hand sorting and the natural variability of the raw material, confirming its authenticity and high quality.

How to care for a 200x200 cm alpaca duvet?

Gentle treatment will extend its life and ensure hygienic comfort. The duvet is not suitable for washing. Simply allow it to air out occasionally – preferably in the shade, outdoors, away from direct sunlight. This will restore the duvet's freshness and preserve its natural thermoregulatory properties. For heavier stains, spot cleaning with a cloth and mild detergent is recommended. It's best to store an alpaca duvet in a natural fabric cover, which will allow for air circulation and protect it from dust.
