1. Where can I buy ALPAKINO products?
You can buy all of the available products on our website (www.sklep.alpakino.pl

2. Are you shipping to other countries than Poland?
YES, we do. We ship to the whole European Union Countries. We can also send our products to the other countries after email conversation.

3. In what time do I have to pay for my order?
In five working days. After this time your order will be cancelled and the item You ordered will be back at our store.

4. How long do I have to wait for my order?
Usually all international orders take 5-14 working days to arrive.

5. I made my order twice- what do I do?
Just send us an e-mail to sklep@alpakino.pl and ask to cancel one of the orders. Make sure to include your name and number of the order that you want cancelled. 

6. What is your returns policy?
If You want to return something You have 14 days to return your product or exchange it for a different size. Products that You return must be unused, without any fault and in the original box. Also please include the receipt when You return your order. Moreover, You can send us an e-mail (sklep@alpakino.pl) and explain what was wrong with your order. The more information about our return policy You can find in the Terms and Conditions.

7. Who pays for the return delivery?
The person that is returning the products. 

8. I placed an order however did not receive any confirmation on my e-mail, what happened?
If the order was placed correctly You should receive an e-mail with confirmation and order number. You should also check your spam.  If you did not get such an email please contact us: sklep@alpakino.pl.
